Fingerprinting Appointments
Montessori School of Maui assists Hawaii Council of Private Schools (HCPS) conduct criminal background checks by fingerprinting new/potential employees for private schools on Maui.
Fingerprinting is by appointment only and is done weekly on Tuesday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm. To schedule an appointment for fingerprinting please email Krista Sherer at kristas@momi.org. For questions, call (808)573-0374.
Please bring the following with you to your Criminal History Background Check Appointment:

Please bring the following with you to your Criminal History Background Check Appointment:
- Print, complete and sign the Request for Criminal Record Clearance for Private School Employees.
- Bring in your payment of $80. Cash and Checks only. If paying by check please bring two checks: $65 payable to Hawaii Council of Private Schools (HCPS) and $15 payable to MOMI.
- Valid picture identification card (with your legal name), e.g., driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID.
