School of Maui Receives 6 Year Accreditation Term From HAIS/WASC
It is with great
excitement to announce our school's term of accreditation. The Board of
Directors of the Hawaii Association of Independent Schools has awarded us with
the Full Membership of six years with a mid-term visit in the third year. The
Western Association of Schools and Colleges has also awarded Montessori School
of Maui the full six-year accreditation.
"The board recognizes the overall quality of the school; the
strength of its program, board of directors and leadership; and its commitment
to school improvement."
The six year accreditation is the highest term any school can receive.
Congratulations to our faculty, staff and school community who participated in
this arduous accreditation process.
