An emergency situation should be reported immediately. Follow the chain of command:
- Head of School
- Business Manager
- Head of Maintenance
- Assistant to the Head of School
- Department Coordinator
- The Head of School will:
- MOMI Emergency Management Team (MEMT) members will:
Have the authority to assign tasks and direct other employees and staff during emergencies as directed by the Head of School - Employees will:
° Decide whether to contact police, fire department, etc.
° Convene the MOMI Emergency Management Team in the office ASAP
° Make the final decision on what actions to take
° Assign duties to the various team members
° Communicate plan to employees via walkie-talkie or other means
° Follow the directions given by members of the MOMI Emergency
° Management Team or instructions in this document
