An emergency situation should be reported immediately.  Follow the chain of command:

  1. Head of School
  2. Business Manager
  3. Head of Maintenance
  4. Assistant to the Head of School
  5. Department Coordinator
    • The Head of School will:

    °         Decide whether to contact police, fire department, etc.

    °         Convene the MOMI Emergency Management Team in the office ASAP

    °         Make the final decision on what actions to take

    °         Assign duties to the various team members

    °         Communicate plan to employees via walkie-talkie or other means

    • MOMI Emergency Management Team (MEMT) members will:
      Have the authority to assign tasks and direct other employees and staff during emergencies as directed by the Head of School
    • Employees will:

    °         Follow the directions given by members of the MOMI Emergency

    °         Management Team or instructions in this document
