Financial Aid Information For the 2011-2012 School Year

We are very excited to offer tuition assistance to our MOMI families. Tuition Assistance is given on a need-basis and all families who would like to are encouraged to apply. MOMI requires families to complete an application to determine the family's ability to contribute to educational expenses.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL AID:

1. Click the link below to apply online to School and Student Services (SSS).  SSS is a division of the National Association of Independent Schools.

2. Complete the application.

3. Self employed must also complete the Business and Farm Statement ans submit to the Business Office.

4. If you are offered an award you will be required to submit a copy of your 1040 with schedules and W2 before the award is finalized.

          4a. This can be sent directly to SSS using their cover page or

                 submitted to the Business Office to be uploaded to SSS.

5. If parents/guardians live in separate households each parent/guardian must complete the steps above.
